PointWise System is a web-based application that helps families, classrooms, teams, and organizations track positive actions and behaviors through a point-based reward system. The Service allows users to:
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The Service is designed for adults to manage point systems for earners (children, students, team members, etc.).

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or years.
You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service (earner names, tasks, rewards, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your content.
We store your data securely on AWS servers. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES ABOUT AVAILABILITY, PERFORMANCE, OR FUNCTIONALITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DENECKE MEDIA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We are not liable for any changes to the Service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
